Terms of use

By using this site you agree to the following, written in plain language.

Provided as is

The date calculator and articles are offered free and "as is" for general information. We work to make the results correct, but we give no warranty that they are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Not legal, immigration or financial advice

Deadlines, visa stays, notice periods and payment dates are governed by the exact wording of the relevant law, contract or official decision, which may use counting rules, holidays or time zones the calculator cannot know. Always confirm important dates with the official source or a qualified adviser.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site, including missed deadlines or overstays.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent it as your own, or use it unlawfully.

Changes

We may update these terms or the tool at any time. Continued use means you accept the current terms. Questions can go to the contact page.
